1. DEFINITIONS

• Ternakin: A digital platform owned by PT Ternakin Solusi Digital that provides aquaculture management services, supply chain integration, and related financial services.
• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• Content: Information, data, text, images, videos, or other materials available on the Platform.
• Services: Features provided by Ternakin, including but not limited to farm management applications, KYC verification, transaction, and payment.

2. ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have obtained legal consent from a lawful guardian.
• Certain services require registration and identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as all activities conducted under your account.

3. COMPLIANCE AND LEGALITY

• Users agree not to use Ternakin’s services for illegal, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
• Ternakin is subject to applicable Indonesian regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), where relevant.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are the property of Ternakin or third parties who have licensed them.
• Copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using any part of the Platform without written consent from Ternakin is strictly prohibited.

5. WALLET AND PAYMENT SERVICES

• Ternakin provides a Virtual Account service functioning as an escrow account.
• Balances cannot be transferred between users and may only be withdrawn or paid out to verified accounts.

6. PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY

• The collection and processing of personal data are governed by Ternakin’s Privacy Policy.
• Ternakin applies strict security measures to protect user data; however, users are responsible for securing their personal devices and login credentials.

7. USE OF FARM MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

• Farm operational data entered into the system will be used to monitor productivity, evaluate costs, and form the basis of financial reporting.
• Ternakin reserves the right to use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, product improvement, and industry research purposes.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

• Ternakin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently limit or disable user accounts in the event of violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other suspicious conduct.
• Users may request permanent account closure through Ternakin’s official procedures.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or application notifications.
• Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Ternakin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
